When is the latest that I can order catering services?
Final menu and headcount are due to the catering host no later than three (3) business days in advance of the event. Final headcounts and menu agreed upon between the client and catering host will be the basis for final invoice charges. Any changes in menu or guarantees after this deadline are subject to additional charges.
What if I have a special request regarding the menu at my event?
Our catering host is available to assist you with any special requests you have pertaining to your event. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance in these matters. Depending on the request, additional charges may apply.
What taxes and service charges apply to my order?
All sales are subject to an applicable sales tax of 8.375%, a state gross receipts tax of 13.5% on applicable beverages, and an 18% service charge. This service charge includes 8% gratuity. It is unnecessary for you to offer an additional gratuity, unless you deem it appropriate.
How can I pay for my catering order?
Payment options for all food and beverage orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or cash. If you choose to pay with a credit card, the card number and expiration date will be required at time of the order. If you choose to provide a different method of payment upon arrival at the event, please notify our catering host immediately.
